After much consideration, my sister and I made the decision. Having an auction, to sell the contents and real estate the same day was the best for us. Telling our neighbors and friends we had chosen Wilson's Auction Company to handle our sale, brought the following comment, "You chose the right one!" All employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Several of our concerns (will people come, traffic flow, weather conditions, value of items) were all answered. They gave us confidence we were making the best decision and that they would do a good job for us. Our Auction Sale was fun! It will always be remembered as a great day! - Dover, DE
I have to tell you how much I appreciate your professional and friendly service! I knew from our first conversation that we had found a valuable resource for helping our clients with their personal property needs. We're looking forward to a long association! - Seaford, DE
Thank you very much for selling our personal items. We were very pleased with the proceeds and appreciate your hard working personnel. Again, our sincere thanks for all you did to make our sale a success! - Seaford, DE
I want to commend you for the professional, courteous and efficient manner in which you responded to my request. It was a pleasure working with you. - Georgetown, DE
I cannot begin to thank you for all the help and expertise that you provided us in the sale ....both the personal items and the house. It was a pleasure to meet you and to work with you and your team. It is challenging when you try to attend to business from a distance, but you took that worry off of our shoulders by taking care of all of the details. We are so very, very grateful! - Carlisle, PA
We are grateful as usual for your attention to such details. I wanted to write and to thank you for your help and kindness this summer. (We) appreciate everything large and small, that you have done to help facilitate the settling of the affairs of our father. Beginning with the initial inventory of the house and farm outbuilding contents back, I believe, in March, we cannot say enough good things about the service provided. I know the main auction on Saturday night required a huge amount of effort by everyone and some very long hours on the part of Dave. Both of you and Carolyn and the rest of your team couldn't have done a better job. Your prompt, thorough, and courteous response during all stages of the undertaking made it so much easier than it otherwise might have been. You guys are the absolute best. Thank you very much. - Fair Oaks, CA
Dear Wade and Staff at Wilson's Auctions
We were very pleased with the outcome of our auction on October 3, 2015 and thank you for everything you did for us. Your staff were friendly, organized, respectful, and hard working. In fact, we were astounded at how much they accomplished in just one day. It was a huge job. The work of preparing my father's house for sale had seemed nearly impossible to us. But after your team was done, the rest of the cleaning up went quickly and smoothly. We are deeply grateful for that. We commend you and wholeheartedly recommend your services.

To Prospectus House Sellers:
In late September 2015, my sisters and I were exploring all avenues concerning the sale of our deceased mother's home, when we contacted Wade Wilson, of Wilson's Auction Sales, Inc. Wade came out and did a walk-through of the house. He then sat down with me for the next hour discussing the auction process, what an absolute auction was, the fees that the seller would incur and the fees that the buyer would incur. Wade also revealed his strategy of online and newspaper advertising and why those particular papers were chosen. Wade kept in constant contact with us when he spoke to someone concerning my mother's house or when he showed it to interested buyers. On the day of the sale, he introduced us to David Wilson, the auctioneer, who spoke to us for about 20 minutes, discussing the house and the procedures. During this five week process, Wade Wilson was very professional, informative, and above all, treated me as if he had been my neighbor for the past 25 years. I was very pleased and grateful with the five week association and experience provided by Wade and Wilson's Auction Sales, Inc.
