Terms: Terms Of Sale Are The Same For Parcel 1 & Parcel 2. $15,000 deposit on day of sale with cash or certified funds payable to Moore & Rutt, P.A., the balance to be paid within 21 days following the auction date, with cash or certified funds payable to Moore & Rutt, P.A. Prospective bidders must present the initial deposit in cash or certified funds at the time of registration. Trustee shall prepare and deliver the deed. Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over any printed material. Sale is subject to confirmation by the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, in and for Sussex County. Absent an objection to confirmation, the sale will be deemed confirmed without further Order by the Court after fourteen (14) days following the Trustee’s Return of Sale.
