Terms: Terms Of Sale Are The Same For Parcel 1 & Parcel 2. $15,000 deposit on day of sale with cash or certified funds payable to Moore & Rutt, P.A., the balance to be paid within 21 days following the auction date, with cash or certified funds payable to Moore & Rutt, P.A.
