BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southeasterly right-of-way of County Road 42 (50 feet wide) at a corner for lands now or formerly Sockriter, said point being located South 43 degrees West 1,383 feet +/- from the intersection point of the centerline of State Route 16 as measured along the right-of-way of County Road 42; thence from the place of beginning and with said Sockriter lands South 46 degrees 30 minutes 16 seconds East 1,068 feet (passing over an iron pipe found on the ditch bank 15.5 feet from the end of the line) to the centerline of a 20 foot wide ditch, a point on line of lands now or formerly Macklin; thence with same and the centerline of said ditch South 42 degrees 56 minutes 15 seconds West 204.3 feet to a point, a corner for lands now or formerly Crew; thence with same North 46 degrees 33 minutes 28 seconds West passing over an iron pipe found on the ditch bank at 15.5 feet, a total line distance of 1,060 feet to an iron pipe found on the right-of-way of County Road 42; thence with same North 43 degrees East 205.3 feet home to the place of beginning containing 5.0 acres of land, more or less.

AND BEING the same lands and premises which were conveyed unto David L. West and Georgia R. West, his wife, by deed of David L. Johnson and Margie R. Johnson, his wife, dated February 23, 1995, and of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Kent County, Delaware, in Deed Record Book 2035, Page 310.
