Benson and Clesson E. Bridgham; thence easterly with said Benson and Bridgham land, 100 feet to a corner in the building line of Marshall Street; thence along and with said building line in a southerly course, 40 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 4,000 square feet of land, be the same more or less.

All that certain lot, piece and parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situated, lying and being on the East side of Marshall Street in the City of Milford, County of Sussex and State of Delaware, bounded on the East by Pine Alley, on the West by Marshall Street, in the North by lands now or formerly of Lee Hirsch and on the South by other lands of Benson and Bridgham; said lot having a frontage on Marshall Street on Fifty feet (50') and extending back to a depth on One Hundred Twenty Feet (120') containing 6,000 square feet of land, be the same more or less.

Being a part of the lands and premises conveyed unto R&A RENTALS, LLC, a limited liability company of the State of Delaware by Alan J. Mitchell, Linda M. Mitchell, husband and wife and Randy C. Mitchell and Myra K. Mitchell, husband and wife, dated June 30, 2003 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex County, at Georgetown, Delaware, in Deed Book 2862, Page 043.
