All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
City of Milford, Sussex County and State of Delaware, bounded as follows to wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of McColley and Mispillion Streets and running
thence in an easterly direction with the line of said Mispillion Street, 100
feet to a corner; thence in a southerly direction to a corner in the north line
now or formerly of Samuel Bridgham’s Lot 39 feet; thence with Bridgham’s line in
a westerly direction 100 feet to the east line of said McColley Street, being
the northwest corner of said Bridgham’s lot and thence with the said east line
of said McColley Street 40 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3950
superficial square feet of ground be the same more or less.

situate, lying and being in the City of Milford, County of Sussex and State of
Delaware, described as follows:
Beginning on the West side of Marshall Street, at the Northeast corner of lands
now or formerly of Grover C. Marvel; thence westerly with said Marvel land, 100
feet to lands now or formerly of James Smith; thence northerly with lands of
said Smith, 40 feet to lands now or formerly of William V. Benson and Clesson E.
Bridgham; thence easterly with said Benson and Bridgham land, 100 feet to a
corner in the building line of Marshall Street; thence along and with said
building line in a southerly course, 40 feet to the place of beginning, and
containing 4,000 square feet of land, be the same more or less.

situated, lying and being on the East side of Marshall Street in the City of
Milford, County of Sussex and State of Delaware, bounded on the East by Pine
Alley, on the West by Marshall Street, in the North by lands now or formerly of
Lee Hirsch and on the South by other lands of Benson and Bridgham; said lot
having a frontage on Marshall Street on Fifty feet (50') and extending back to a
depth on One Hundred Twenty Feet (120') containing 6,000 square feet of land, be
the same more or less.
Being a part of the lands and premises conveyed unto R&A RENTALS, LLC, a limited
liability company of the State of Delaware by Alan J. Mitchell, Linda M.
Mitchell, husband and wife and Randy C. Mitchell and Myra K. Mitchell, husband
and wife, dated June 30, 2003 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds, in and for Sussex County, at Georgetown, Delaware, in Deed Book 2862,
