All that certain piece or parcel of land and premises situated in the Town of Smyrna, Kent County and State of Delaware, and designated as lot No. 30 on plot of lots known as Lake Como Gardens which said plot is of record in the office of the Recorder of Deeds at Dover in Plot Book 1, Page 169 and which said Lot No. 30 is situated at the northwest corner of Lake Drive and Delaware Street, having a frontage on Delaware Street of eighty and nine-tenths (80.9) feet and a front on Lake Drive of One Hundred and Thirty-Five (135) feet, containing Ten Thousand, Nine Hundred and Twenty-One and Five-Tenths (10,921.5) square feet of land, be the same more or less;

AND BEING the same lands and premises conveyed unto Robert K. Dunning and Naomi C. Dunning, his wife, be deed of Guy M. Edmondson, Jr. And Betty O. Edmondson, his wife, bearing date November 25, 1950 and of record in the office of the Kent County Recorder of Deeds in Deed Record C, Volume 19, Page 226.

THE SAID Robert K. Dunning died May 10, 1985, leaving his wife, the said Naomi C. Dunning as the surviving tenant by the entirety.
