All
dealers must be licensed by their state and register with this auction.
2.)
Public must furnish proof of I.D. which
corresponds with the title.
3.)
Checks will only be written in
title name.
4.) Buyer must check serial # on vehicle before
leaving premises. Transactions are between buyer and seller only.
5.)
Owner has a right to accept or reject any
and all bids (registration fees remain). Auctioneer must be
informed by seller prior to the vehicle being announced sold.
6.)
Once a vehicle is registered it must
go through the lane. NO OFF BLOCK SALES or solicitation of
vehicles allowed on premises...Anyone attempting to solicit will
be prosecuted.
7.)
Anyone
tampering with vehicles or
properties not belonging to them on these premises will be prosecuted.
8.)
Terms
of payment are
credit cards, cash, certified
funds, checks with letter of guarantee from your bank. Titles will
be held 3 weeks on checks written. Preauthorization of checks must be made prior to bidding.
9.)
A
$200.00 cash deposit must be
submitted in office prior to bidding, refundable or deductible upon
honoring your bid.
10.)
Vehicles under 10 years old must
have a mileage statement signed in proper order in our office.
Please bring your mileage to the office with key and title...
11.)
Seller will not be paid for any vehicle
until Wilson's Auto Auction is paid by buyer. Then all
titles and paperwork must be in proper order in office.
12.
Anyone loading tires into vehicles for disposal will be charged $50.00 per
vehicle...NO EXCEPTION....
All balances
must be paid up by Thursday at noon! Dealers
not abiding by rules and regulations will
lose all privileges!!

13.)
We will
not be responsible for title serial #'s that do not
correspond to serial #'s on vehicle (seller's responsibility). We do
not assume responsibility for mileage disputes or other statements
made by either party. We are not responsible for
statements written on windows.
14.)
Vehicles must have serial #
plate. Auction will not be responsible for years of foreign
cars, boats, trailers, campers, or motorcycles.
15.)
"Stop Payments" will not
be honored and will be prosecuted by the fullest extent of
the law at purchaser's expense. Anyone not honoring a bid will
lose all privileges.
16.) Any vehicle requiring assistance
through the lane will be charged and additional $10.00.
This includes push, pull, fuel, or jump. NO
REFUNDS will be given if your vehicle can not make it thru ring for any
reason.
17.)
Dealers have the privilege of selling
"Title Delay" and will be charged an additional $20.00
processing. Dealer has 21 days to produce title or purchaser may
have a refund , Wilson's will not be
responsible for returned condition so get those titles in on time
(See #11). Buyer may choose to wait longer for title. Everyone
will be charged the fee for title delay on late titles.
18.)
Buyers (private or dealers) are cautioned
not to sell, make repairs, or re-register until title is received.
We will not be responsible for repairs or any other expenses incurred by
a title delayed vehicle.
19.)
Vehicles must be removed from the
premises. We are not responsible for thefts. Leave at
your OWN RISK. A storage fee of $10.00 per day may be
imposed.

20.)
Cars
and trucks left without key will be towed at owner's expense.
21.)
Wilson's Auction reserves the right to
withhold funds if you sell a vehicle and the customer does not
pay.
22.)
Be prepared to pay a buyer's fee and
seller's fee for each transaction as posted (subject to change
without notice.)
23.)
Temporary tags are available with proof of
liability insurance. It is purchasers responsibility to call
your company within 24 hours of your purchase and add your vehicle to
policy.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
Dealers
registered will pay a pre-reg. fee of $20.00 per vehicle. Regular
dealers may reserve #'s week to week but will be responsible for #'s
unless cancelled by 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday...No Shows - No Calls will
be charged $25.00 each. Please have courtesy to call.
Private
public sellers will pay $25.00 cash registrations up front and must
have a clear title in their name. Title delay may not be
taken advantage of by the public. It is a dealer privilege
only. Numbers will be issued to the public upon
arrival.
