DEED DESCRIPTION - 8-8-08

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situated on the North side of Clark Street, in the City of Harrington, Kent County and State of Delaware, and bounded as follows: On the East and West by other lands now or formerly of The First National Bank of Harrington on the North by an alley, on the South by said Clark Street, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner for lands hereby conveyed, a corner for this land and other lands now or formerly of the said The First National Bank of Harrington, on the North side of Clark Street at a notch cut in the North edge of the pavement; thence in a Northerly direction two hundred and eighteen and six-tenths (218.6) feet to the South line of said twenty foot alley a corner for this land and other lands now or formerly of the said The First National Bank of Harrington; thence with the South line of said alley in an Easterly direction sixty-two and five-tenths (62.5) feet to a pin driven in the alley line a corner for this land and other lands now or formerly of the said The First National Bank of Harrington; thence in a Southerly direction two hundred and nineteen and five-tenths (219.5) feet to a notch cut in the North edge of the pavement, on the North side of Clark Street, a corner for this land and other lands now or formerly of the said The First National Bank of Harrington, and being the Southeast corner of the lands hereby conveyed; thence in a Westerly direction with the North edge of the pavement sixty-two and five-tenths (62.5) feet to the place of beginning, containing thirteen thousand six hundred and eighty seven (13,687) square feet of land together with the improvements thereon erected, and also the fee of land together with the improvements thereon erected, and also the fee simple estate of the said The First National Bank of Harrington in the alley immediately North of the lands and premises hereby conveyed.

And Being the same lands and premises as conveyed unto Leroy M. Calhoun and Doris E. Calhoun, his wife by Deed of Leonard Sapp Masten and Elelyn Masten and James Townsend Masten and Margaret D. Masten, Deed dated August 23, 1971, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Kent County, State of Delaware, in Book G, Volume 27, Page 154. Whereby said Leroy M. Calhoun died on November 26, 2004, leaving Doris E. Calhoun, as the surviving tenant by the entirety.
