ALL that certain piece, parcel or tract of land lying and being in Seaford Hundred, Sussex County, State of Delaware, more particularly described as follows to wit:

Beginning in the center of the stream of Lewis Creek, thence bordering lands of Ralph E. Lord, south 58 degrees East 130 feet to a marker on the West edge of a private road, said road 20 feet in width to be used as an outlet for ingress, egress, and regress, to this land and other lands of this grantor, thence by and with said road, north 31 ½ degrees East 75 feet to a marker and lands of this grantor, thence North 58 degrees West 140 feet to the center of said Lewis Creek, thence midstream and down to the place of beginning, be the contents thereof what they may. The above being part of the lands which Mollie P. Turner did convey unto Thomas H. Turner, this grantor, by deed bearing date the 2nd day of July A.D. 1943, said deed being of record in the office for the Recording of Deeds in and for Sussex County in Deed Book E. L. G. Vol. 341, Page 302 and recorded the 2nd day of July A. D. 1943.
