ALL that certain piece, parcel, or tract of land, lying and being in Seaford Hundred, Sussex County, State of Delaware, beginning at center of current in the stream of Lewis Creek, thence with the line of Charles E. Cranston lands South 62 ½ degrees East 230 feet to a corner stone, thence bordering a strip of land 20 feet in width, said strip of land to be used as an outlet for ingress, egress, and regress to this land, lands of this grantor and others, thence North 31 ½ degrees East 175 feet with said 20 foot strip to a marker, thence North 58 degrees West 130 feet to a post and the center of aforesaid creek, thence downstream with current to the place of beginning, be the contents thereof what they may.

Being a part of Tract No. 2 as conveyed to Thomas H. Turner by deed of Mollie P. Turner, single lady, said deed dated June 30, 1943, and recorded in Deed Record ELG Volume 341, Page 302 &c.
