Deed Description

All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land with the improvements thereon erected situated in East Dover Hundred, Kent County and State of Delaware, and being more particularly described in accordance with a survey by Marvel Surveying Co. dated May 19, 1980, as follows, to-wit:

BEGINNING at a point in the northerly line of County Road 67, also known as the South Little Creek Road, at a corner for this land and other lands now or formerly of Jacob W. Zimmerman, et. ux., said point being located, when measured along said line of Road 67 approximately 898.6 feet westerly from a point opposite the northerly end of a corrugated metal pipe crossing under said Road 67 as shown as being located at Station 135 + 29 according to State of Delaware construction drawings of Contract No. 1823, Sheet 8 of 12; thence from said beginning point and with the said line of Road 67, by a line parallel to and 35 feet northerly of the physical centerline of the 22-foot wide roadway thereof, (1) North 77 degrees 52 minutes 0 seconds West 30.39 feet to a point; thence (2) by line perpendicular to the said center line South 12 degrees 8 minutes West 5 feet to a point; thence (3) by a line parallel to and 30 feet northerly of the aforesaid centerline of Road 67 North 77 degrees 52 minutes West 384.24 feet (passing over a “60 penny” spike in the centerline of the bituminous surfaced lane leading into this property at 79.38 feet) to a point in the said northerly line of Road 67 at a corner for other lands now or formerly of Jacob W. Zimmerman, et. ux., thence with other lands now or formerly of Jacob W. Zimmerman, et. ux., the following four courses and distances: (4) North 11 degrees 31 minutes 26 seconds East 489.03 feet to a point; thence (5) South 81 degrees 27 minutes 25 seconds East 135.37 feet to a point; thence (6) North 80 degrees 25 minutes 38 seconds East 102.10 feet to a point; thence (7) South 7 degrees 34 minutes 6 seconds East 53.21 feet to the point and place of beginning, containing approximately 3.7990 acres of land, be the same more or less.

AND BEING the same lands and premises which were conveyed unto Jacob W. Zimmerman and Maureen K. Zimmerman, his wife, by deed of Jacob W. Zimmerman and Maureen K. Zimmerman, his wife, dated July 20, 1979, and of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Kent County, Dover, Delaware, in Deed Record Book B, Volume 34, Page 89.
