DEED DESCRIPTION

ALL that certain lot, piece and parcel of land situate, lying and being in Lewes and Rehoboth Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware, known and designated as “Midway Estates”, said plot of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex County, Delaware in Plot Book No. 8 at Page 501, said plot having been prepared by Theodore B. Simpler, Registered Surveyor, June 20, 1972, reference being hereto and will more fully and at large appear.

SUBJECT to the restrictions of record in the Recorder of Deeds, aforesaid in Deed Book 689, at Page 739.

BEING the same land conveyed unto Frank E. Tyre and Helen E. Tyre by Deed of Robert F. Rogers and Mary Lou Rogers dated May 13, 1977 and filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex County, Georgetown, Delaware in Deed Book 840, page 216. The said Frank E. Tyre departed this life on or about May 8, 1998 whereby title to the above-described property vested in Helen E. Tyre, his wife, by right of survivorship, party of the first part herein.

BEING the same lands and premises by which Helen E. Tyre by Deed dated March 19, 1999, recorded March 19, 1999, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex County and State of Delaware, in Deed Book 2371, Page 8, did grant and convey unto Helen E. Tyre and Susan Newcomb.
